We collect contact details, health history, treatment notes, intake forms, consent waivers, booking records, and payment information. When you share photos for consultations or progress tracking, we store them in encrypted platforms with restricted access.
How We Use Your Information
Information is used to personalize treatment plans, document clinical progress, process payments, coordinate appointments, and send scheduling updates. We may anonymize data to track results and improve protocols.
Third-Party Services
We partner with HIPAA-compliant or PIPA-aligned platforms including Square (payments & scheduling), Jane App (secure records), Google Workspace (email), and encrypted photo storage. These partners only process data to support your care.
Your Choices & Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. Email privacy requests to info@mannahealth.ca and we will acknowledge within two business days, then complete the request within 10 business days. You may withdraw consent for photo usage or marketing emails at any time.
How We Protect Your Data
We use password-protected devices, encrypted backups, and secure disposal procedures for paper forms. Only authorized team members who require information to fulfill their duties may access it.
Retention & Disposal
Client charts and health information are retained for a minimum of 10 years as required by the Alberta College of Advanced Aesthetics Nurses. When records are no longer required, they are permanently deleted or shredded using secure methods.
