Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, purchasing products, or visiting our website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to share their information.

Health Information & Disclosure

You agree to provide accurate health history, medication lists, allergies, and pregnancy/breastfeeding status. This allows us to assess suitability and maintain Alberta LPN standards of care.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

All services are by appointment. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure longer treatment blocks and is applied to your final invoice. We kindly request 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed appointments may forfeit the deposit or incur a $75 fee.

Treatment Space Requirements

All treatments are conducted at our professional Calgary studio, which maintains hospital-grade sterilization and infection control standards. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if conditions compromise safety or health protocols.

Products & Guarantees

Results vary based on individual health factors and adherence to protocols. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Product sales are final due to medical-grade hygiene requirements unless defective or otherwise required by consumer law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, treatment protocols, and educational materials are owned by Manna Health Incorporated. Written permission is required to reproduce or share these materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manna Health Incorporated, its employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services provided. Remedies are limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled within the province of Alberta.
